Your ticket can be collected from the station and should be collected at least 15 mins before Check-in.
The opening times for the Ticket Office, as follows:

Monday to Friday 8.00 a.m. until 9 p.m.
Saturday 8 a.m. until 8 p.m.
Sunday 9 a.m. until 5 p.m.

e-Ticket machines

Otherwise, you may collect your tickets at the quick and easy e-ticket machines at anytime. Self-service e-ticket machines offer a quick, easy and safe alternative to the traditional Ticket Office.
